Jefferson County Child Care Association (JCCCA) Membership Benefits – 2010

“The Open Door” – our bi-monthly newsletter offers providers an enlightening resource of information including monthly activity calendars & instructions, educational opportunities, fun kid friendly recipes & more. 

Professional Trainings and Workshops – JCCCA offers opportunities year round for educational re-licensing credit hours.  Some of these include our annual “What it Takes” conference, which provides 6 hours of credit training as well as credit hours available at each monthly member meeting.

WOW – World of Wonder Museum in Lafayette - Day care memberships are designed for home-based licensed daycares with 8 or less children.  These groups may buy a WOW! Licensed Day Care Membership for $35.00 and come in for $3.00 per child per visit for one year. This is a savings of $4 per child per visit

Denver Zoo – Family Membership includes Unlimited daytime admission for up to two adults living at the same address and their children (includes daycare children) and/or grandchildren through the age of 18. $80 a year – This membership would pay for itself in as little as 2 visits.

The Children’s Museum of Denver - A Professional Childcare Membership is $80 and is valid for one named in-home childcare provider and up to 6 unnamed children.  Additional children (over 6 covered in membership) must pay regular admission price

Creative Care Craft Packs - Creative Care "No Excuse" Craft Packs contain everything you need to complete a craft and all the preparation for the activity is done including the cutting of construction paper pieces. **The Jeffco Schools Homeless Services program provides comprehensive support to students experiencing homelessness in Jefferson County through identification and assessment of individual need. The mission of the Homeless Services Program is to foster quality education by providing one-on-one assistance with basic needs, prompting close working relationships between families and school district personnel, and encouraging collaboration between the school district and community agencies.
